In this role, you will provide critical support across various service areas, including hospitality coordination, reception, and back-office operations, ensuring a seamless and professional environment for clients and visitors.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver outstanding hospitality and reception services, creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients and guests
Coordinate meeting room setups, catering requests, and event support to ensure flawless execution
Manage mail services and document handling with accuracy and efficiency
Troubleshoot and maintain office equipment, including printers and copiers, and ensure supplies are stocked
Maintain accurate records of completed tasks and service requests
Perform quality checks to uphold high service standards across all responsibilities
Communicate proactively with supervisors and clients to resolve issues and meet deadlines
Adhere to company and client policies while managing resources responsibly
Lift and transport items up to 50 pounds as needed for event or office setups
Collaborate with team members to foster a positive, service-oriented work environment
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of one year of experience in office services, preferably in a legal, banking, or corporate setting
Strong customer service skills to build and maintain positive client relationships
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and make decisions aligned with business needs and policies
Experience handling sensitive and confidential information
