• Oversee meeting rooms, pantry, and food & beverage services
• Greeting and welcoming visitors with a warm smile and friendly attitude
• Answering phone calls, managing emails, and handling inquiries promptly and professionally
• Keeping the reception area tidy and organised
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars effectively

• Previous experience in a similar role, especially in the food service industry
• Good attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to challenges and opportunities with a solution-oriented perspective
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
