18-month operational graduate programme to develop from supervisor into department manager. Experience rotations through operational departments in hotels, spas and inns across England. Requirements:
Recently graduated from university with a hospitality degree (not essential)
Proven experience of working in a hospitality environment
Ideally experience to a supervisory level

Must be available for assessment centres on w/c 23rd March 2026 or w/c 30th March 2026
