Daniel Thwaites is a diverse hospitality business made up hotels, spas, inns, pubs and a craft brewery located across England. The Graduate Programme is an 18-month operational programme where graduates develop from supervisor into a department manager, rotating through operational departments to gain a detailed understanding of the business and the industry, with a career pathway to move into an operational management role.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Recently graduated from university with a hospitality degree (not essential)
  • Proven experience of working in a hospitality environment
  • Ideally to a supervisory level
