Job Description

We are seeking a talented and passionate Hospitality Chef to join our culinary team at a luxury automotive site in Crewe. This unique role demands a versatile chef who excels in both refined, high-standard restaurant cooking and large-volume corporate buffet production. You will work exclusively alongside the Executive Chef on menu design and concept development, bringing innovative ideas to life. While the primary focus of this role is high-end hospitality, you will also play a key collaborative role within the wider team, supporting the main kitchen operations during quieter periods.

Job Responsibility

  • Partner directly with the Executive Chef to develop, test, and implement creative, high-calibre menus and modern food concepts
  • Prepare and execute premium, restaurant-standard dishes for VIP guests, corporate events, and fine-dining hospitality
  • Demonstrate strong culinary skills in producing high-quality, large-volume buffet packages tailored for a corporate setting without compromising on standard or presentation
  • Maintain flexibility by integrating with the main kitchen team during quieter hospitality periods to support everyday operations
  • Maintain an uncompromising eye for detail, ensuring flawless plating, consistency, and exceptional food standards across all service streams

Requirements

  • Proven experience in both high-standard restaurant environments (fine dining or premium bistro) and large-scale corporate catering/buffet production
  • A strong desire to continuously evolve the food offering, push boundaries, and elevate culinary standards
  • Meticulous execution in prep, cooking, and presentation
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to report effectively to the Sous Chef and collaborate seamlessly with the wider kitchen brigade
  • Comfortable shifting focus between intimate, high-end hospitality plating and high-volume production as business needs dictate

What we offer

  • Exceptional Work-Life Balance: Strictly daytime hours with no evening shifts
  • Guaranteed Time Off: Weekends off, all Bank Holidays off, and a full shutdown over the Christmas period
  • Creative Input: A rare opportunity to work one-on-one with the Executive Chef to shape the culinary direction at the headquarters of a global luxury brand
