Hospitality Catering Assistant

• Collate & deliver on all hospitality functions
• Liaise with school teams to meet hospitality demands
• Assist in the preparation and serving of lunch and snacks
• Maintain cleanliness of the front and back of house areas including organising dishes and utensils
• Following proper food handling and storage procedures to ensure food safety and prevent contamination
• Monitor inventory levels of food and supplies and notify management of any shortages or discrepancies
• Provide friendly and efficient service to students and staff during mealtimes, addressing any concerns or special dietary needs
• Participate in training sessions and meeting related to food service procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards

• Ideally have experience working within Education catering
• Have good Health & Safety knowledge
• Flexible with a can-do attitude, customer focused
• Fun and enthusiastic
• Have excellent organization skills
• Demonstrate great attention to detail
• Be a team player and enjoy succeeding as a team
• Possess great customer service skills
• Have a flexible approach to work

Basic food prep knowledge would be desirable
