We are looking for a Hospitality Associate to support daily front-of-house and meeting space operations for a contract position based in Chicago, IL. This role focuses on creating a well-prepared, organized environment for guests, employees, and visitors by ensuring conference areas, kitchen spaces, and catering stations are consistently ready for use. The ideal candidate brings a service-minded approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage shifting priorities throughout the day.
Job Responsibility:
Prepare meeting and conference spaces based on the daily calendar, including arranging furniture and setting out food and beverage service
Restore rooms to their original condition after events, removing materials promptly and coordinating returns with outside vendors when needed
Maintain a neat, stocked, and orderly kitchen and catering area to support a detail-focused workplace experience
Track catering and hospitality inventory levels and help ensure essential supplies are available for scheduled meetings and events
Communicate with internal teams and service providers to support smooth meeting execution and timely room readiness
Balance multiple requests throughout the day while adjusting to changing schedules and operational priorities.
Requirements:
At least one year of experience in office services, hospitality, catering support, or a similar client-facing environment
Ability to organize work effectively and manage several tasks within competing deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with colleagues, guests, and vendors
