Hospitality Associate (Seasonal)

• Providing a warm, professional welcome at the front desk
• Managing guest check-ins/check-outs and handling inquiries
• Answering phone calls and managing email reservations
• Assisting with basic administrative tasks and online review responses
• Ensuring guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness
• Assisting with room turnarounds, including changing linen and replenishing amenities
• Maintaining a keen eye for detail to ensure a comfortable environment for our guests
• Serving food and beverages with a friendly and attentive approach
• Assisting with table service and clearing during busy periods
• Ensuring the bar and dining areas remain clean, tidy, and welcoming

• Positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality
• Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly manner
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Previous experience is an advantage
• Willingness to learn is essential
