We're currently recruiting a dedicated Hospitality Assistant (Zero Hours) to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in CH&CO on a permanent casual basis, contracted to 0 hours per week. As a Hospitality Assistant (Zero Hours), you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. Job Responsibility
Deliver high-quality hospitality service to designated meeting rooms, boardrooms, and client areas
Set up rooms for meetings and events, including food, beverages, tableware, and equipment in line with service standards
Provide timely delivery and replenishment of food and drinks during meetings and events
Ensure presentation standards are consistently met, with attention to detail and cleanliness
Clear and clean meeting rooms promptly after use, ensuring spaces are reset and ready for future bookings
Maintain high levels of customer service, ensuring client satisfaction at all times
Engage professionally with clients, responding to requests and resolving issues efficiently
Follow food safety, hygiene, health & safety, and company procedures at all times
Support with stock control, replenishment, and reporting of shortages or issues
Work collaboratively with catering, kitchen, and on-site teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Adhere to service schedules and respond flexibly to changing client requirements
Requirements
Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or customer service (contract catering experience desirable)
Friendly, professional, and client-focused with a strong service mindset
Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering high standards
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow procedures and maintain food safety and hygiene standards
Flexible and adaptable to meet business and client needs
Willing to learn and develop within a contract catering environment
