We’re looking for a highly motivated and proactive Hospitality Assistant to join our team in Milan and support the smooth running of our guest-facing operations. You’ll be the go-to person for ensuring everything related to the visitor experience flows effortlessly - from coordinating meeting spaces to creating a warm, welcoming environment.
Job Responsibility:
Guest services and visitor coordination: welcome and assist all clients, partners, and suppliers, recording access and accompanying guests to their designated rooms
Meeting room management: preparation of meeting rooms, organization of supplies, and maintaining tidy welcoming areas
Common areas management: ensuring cleanliness and proper stocking of shared spaces across all floors (terrace, kitchenette, restrooms, and circulation areas), including coordination of restocking activities
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in hospitality or a similar role
Confidence using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
A professional, collaborative, and problem-solving attitude
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to adjust working hours when needed to support daily business needs
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Fluency in Italian and English
Nice to have:
