Job Description:

We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Hospitality Assistant to join the team at Kents Hill Park. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of exceptional guest experiences within a busy hotel and conference environment. Job Responsibility:

Lead the delivery of exceptional food and beverage service across conferences, events, and daily hospitality operations
Collaborate with the venue team to ensure seamless service standards and a positive guest experience at all times
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with health and safety guidelines
Support operational planning for meetings, events, room setups, and hospitality functions
Prepare and serve food and beverages in line with company standards
Assist with event room set-ups and breakdowns as required
Deliver friendly, professional service to guests, responding efficiently to requests
Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations and event delivery

Requirements:

Experience in hospitality, catering, customer service, or a similar guest-facing role
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Passion for guest experience and service excellence
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
A proactive, reliable, and positive attitude
Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
