Job Responsibility

Supporting the kitchen team in delivering a positive and memorable dining experience for guests
Ensuring all crockery, cutlery, pots and pans are cleaned to the required standard
Supporting with basic food preparation when required during busy service periods
Supporting chefs by collecting ingredients, equipment or materials as needed
Receiving deliveries and ensuring all items are stored safely, correctly and in an organised way
Maintaining storage areas so that ingredients and materials are easy to access
Keeping the kitchen clean, tidy and ready for service, including end-of-day cleaning
Removing waste promptly
Using cleaning materials and equipment safely and responsibly
Following all health, safety and food hygiene standards at all times

Job Responsibility

Follow food safety, hygiene, health & safety, and company procedures at all times
Support with stock control, replenishment, and reporting of shortages or issues
