Job Responsibility:
Plan and execute diverse events, ensuring flawless logistics and memorable experiences
Manage all aspects of hospitality, from guest services to catering, to exceed expectations
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and preferences
Lead, train and motivate event staff, ensuring a cohesive and high-performing team
Stay updated on industry trends, bringing fresh ideas and innovation to our events
Handle event budgets, tracking expenses, and maximizing cost efficiencies
Implement and enforce safety and quality standards to uphold our brand reputation
To assist with rota management and labour costings in accordance with budgets
Requirements:
Previous experience as an Events Operation Managers within catering industry
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new tasks
