Join our dynamic Rose Court Events team as an Events and Hospitality Manager! We're seeking a passionate and experienced professional to oversee and elevate our event experiences. If you have a seamless event planning, exceptional customer service, and a flair for hospitality, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibility:

  • Plan and execute diverse events, ensuring flawless logistics and memorable experiences
  • Manage all aspects of hospitality, from guest services to catering, to exceed expectations
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Lead, train and motivate event staff, ensuring a cohesive and high-performing team
  • Stay updated on industry trends, bringing fresh ideas and innovation to our events
  • Handle event budgets, tracking expenses, and maximizing cost efficiencies
  • Implement and enforce safety and quality standards to uphold our brand reputation
  • To assist with rota management and labour costings in accordance with budgets

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Events Operation Managers within catering industry
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new tasks
