Project & Vendor Management: Lead end-to-end event planning, including venue selection, F&B coordination, décor, entertainment, travel logistics, staffing, and production schedules
Source, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships to ensure high-quality deliverables within budget
Maintain detailed timelines, budgets, and communication with all stakeholders
On-Site Execution: Serve as the primary on-site lead during events, overseeing vendors, staff, and client experience
