Job Responsibility

  • provide clinical pharmacy support across surgical wards
  • support medical ward cover where required
  • undertake medicines optimisation and clinical screening
  • work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support patient care
  • maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Requirements

  • current GPhC registration
  • previous NHS hospital pharmacy experience
  • strong ward-based clinical pharmacy experience
  • excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • flexibility to support both surgical and medical wards
