Job Description:

Join our team as a Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of patients within a busy NHS hospital service. This opportunity offers flexibility, excellent pay, and the chance to make a meaningful difference.

Job Responsibility:

Perform comprehensive patient assessments
create and implement personalised care plans
deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
maintain accurate patient records

Requirements:

A current and valid GPhC registration
experience working in hospital wards and/or dispensary ideal, but not a necessity (NHS or strong community background with solid references)
strong communication and interpersonal skills
the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
