Job Responsibility

  • Ensure maximum operational efficiency in all aspects of the hospital
  • Provide strategic leadership to the hospital teams to ensure the hospital has an effective and achievable business plan that will achieve and deliver our EBITDA targets
  • Provide leadership and day to day running of the Hospital to ensure the safe, effective, and efficient management of our patient pathways
  • Be the Registered manager for the site

Requirements

  • Evidence of stakeholder management at different levels within a business
  • CQC Registered Manager
  • Financial & commercial awareness is an essential
  • Experience of a leadership position preferably with accountability of a single unit of the same type
  • Experience of KPI based management
