Job Description:

The Hospital Liaison builds trust, deepens relationships, and expands Clipboard’s presence within the local hospital community. This is a relationship-driven field role with accountability for growth. You’ll nurture existing hospital partners, strengthen Clipboard’s reputation locally, and identify new facilities that could benefit from our platform.

Job Responsibility:

  • Visit hospitals regularly to check in with administrators, DONs, and executives
  • Strengthen existing customer relationships through frequent, authentic touchpoints
  • Surface and relay feedback, pain points, and operational issues from facilities to internal teams
  • Identify and warm up new hospital opportunities through referrals and introductions
  • Represent Clipboard Health at local healthcare events, association meetings, and community gatherings
  • Support our Hospital Sales Executives by opening doors, building trust, and providing local context that helps close deals

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in healthcare operations, nursing, sales, or liaison roles
  • Strong network across local hospitals, nursing leaders, or care administrators
  • Comfortable visiting facilities daily and engaging across leadership levels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have a car, can drive, and are comfortable driving between hospitals within your region

Nice to have:

Prior experience in staffing, recruiting, or hospital partnerships is a plus
