The Role (What You Actually Own) As Hospital Director, you are accountable for everything that matters: Performance & Strategy; Financial Leadership; People & Culture; Operations; Clinical & Client Outcomes; Risk & Compliance. About You (Real Talk) We’re not looking for someone to “step up.” We’re looking for someone who already operates at this level. You bring: 7+ years leading complex operations or healthcare environments; Proven track record of improving performance; Strong commercial acumen (P&L ownership essential); High emotional intelligence and leadership maturity; Ability to lead in fast-paced, high-pressure environments; Veterinary or healthcare experience valued.
