Join an esteemed outpatient hospice center providing compassionate care to the Portland, OR community. We seek two dedicated physicians for locum tenens telehealth coverage. Enjoy a manageable schedule with guaranteed weekday hours and the opportunity for weekend call.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide telehealth consultations and hospice care
  • Manage calls for crisis visits, symptom management, and admissions
  • Collaborate with nurse practitioners and share call responsibilities across two locations
  • Participate in IDT consultations, medication consultations, and telehealth visits

Requirements:

  • Active OR and WA medical licenses and DEAs
  • Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Hospice
  • Valid BLS certification
  • Proficient in telehealth technology
  • Strong crisis management and consultation skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Experience in hospice care is essential
