Hospice & Palliative Medicine Fellow

Our groundbreaking hospice and palliative care programs offer a significant difference when dealing with a life-limiting condition. We offer a broad range of services in the community or facility-based to help patients and their families ease the burden of managing a life-limiting illness or end of life care. The MJHS Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship at Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center. This robust training program will offer a unique training experience. The new training program will be embedded within MJHS Hospice and Palliative Care, the largest provider of community-based hospice and palliative care in the region, and as such, will be one of the only programs in the country to offer community-based training. The fellowship curriculum closely follows the Hospice and Palliative Medicine Care Competencies as outlined by the ACGME, with teaching from a highly qualified physician and interdisciplinary faculty, and with academic affiliations to Albert Einstein, Montefiore, and the MJHS Institute for Innovation in Palliative Care.
