Hose Technician

• Workshop and onsite repair and overhaul of hydraulic components
• Report on equipment following disassembly and inspection
• Ability to stay on task and take instructions well
• Reassembly and testing of Hoses as required
• Onsite hydraulic support for BlueScope Steel and other local businesses
• Assist in Mobile Truck Hose Breakdown service

• Trade qualifications (Mechanical) as a Fitter, Turner & Machinist or Plant Mechanic w/ hydraulic experience preferred
• Hydraulic or Mechanical background
• Experience manufacturing hydraulic hose assemblies
• Understanding the importance of accuracy and quality
• A committed individual and willing to working part of the 24/7 breakdown roster

Trade qualifications (Mechanical) as a Fitter, Turner & Machinist or Plant Mechanic w/ hydraulic experience preferred
