Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
Strong work ethic
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Good verbal communication skills
Positive attitude
At least 18 years old
Enthusiastic and dependable
Able to safely work with equipment

Job Responsibility

Perform grounds maintenance tasks including turf and bed maintenance
ornamental shrub and small tree pruning
spring and fall clean up
snow removal
installation/maintenance of seasonal flower displays
Perform light landscape construction projects
Operate grounds power equipment and CHR vehicles
Assist Horticultural Foreperson/Mechanic in minor repair and maintenance of grounds equipment
