Job Description

Hook Truck Driver | Waste Management Leader | Sunshine Coast. The Company: Randstad is partnering with our client, a national leader in waste management and recycling, to find a dedicated Hook Truck Driver for their Sunshine Coast operations. You will be based out of their Sippy Downs facility. The Role: We are seeking an experienced Hook Truck Driver for ongoing work. The work primarily involves the safe and efficient collection and transfer of bins and containers.

Job Responsibility

Operating a Hook Truck to service commercial and industrial clients
Conducting pre-start and post-operation checks on the vehicle
Adhering strictly to all road safety regulations and company policies
Ensuring loads are secured and compliant for transport
Maintaining a high level of customer service during interactions

Requirements

A current Heavy Rigid (HR) or Heavy Combination (HC) driver's licence
Proven experience operating a Hook Lift truck (hook bin driver experience highly essential)
A clean driving record
A strong commitment to safety and compliance
The ability to work autonomously and manage your time effectively
