Job Description:

Honor Bar Attendant position at The Ritz-Carlton Aruba, responsible for maintaining in-room honor bars and ensuring exceptional guest experiences through inventory management, cleanliness, and professional service delivery in a luxury hospitality environment.

Job Responsibility:

Facilitate positive guest experiences with in-room honor bar
Inventory honor bar, in-room accessories and promotional materials
Maintain cleanliness and appearance of each honor bar
Utilize software and handheld devices to record sales and take inventory
Monitor product availability, expiration dates, and inventory levels
Prepare restocking cart and push to room floors
Respond to guest requests
Communicate honor bar operation issues with hotel management

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience required
No supervisory experience required
No license or certification required
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds
Fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
Ability to move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces
Ability to navigate stairs and service ramps
Ability to reach overhead and below knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
