We have an exciting opportunity for a Homeownership Admin Officer to support the Homeownership team to deliver an outstanding and compliant, customer focussed management of processes for Homeowners and Leaseholders.
Job Responsibility:
To provide support to colleagues in the Homeownership team
To provide support to the Homeownership Team through responding to enquiries received and managing inboxes to ensure swift resolution or triaging of incoming enquiries or caseload
Liaise with the team and wider organisation to arrange key meetings, taking accurate minutes and circulating to the appropriate audience
To assist with the monitoring and reporting requirements of Homes England funding programmes and our strategic partnership arrangements where this relates
To ensure that end of month data on CRM is accurate and up to date and cross referencing with Notice of Assignments as and when these are received
Requirements:
Educated to GCSE level
Knowledge and experience of working in line with GDPR and handling sensitive and personal data
Experience of working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be an advantage
An understanding of regulatory requirements relating to Registered Housing Providers
The ability to manage own workload and prioritise the service to meet legislative deadlines, business plan targets, and operational service plans
Ability to work to deadlines and manage conflicting deadlines in a proactive way
A good understanding of Housing Law would be an advantage
Excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages
An enthusiastic individual who demonstrates a ‘can-do’ attitude, who is committed to achieving high levels of performance and customer satisfaction with an eye for accuracy and attention to detail
Customer focussed with communication skills, with an ability to explain complex issues to people of all ages and backgrounds verbally and in writing
Flexible in your approach to work and changes in the sector
Customer focused with excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work at all levels within the business
Nice to have:
Experience of working with Microsoft Dynamics 365
A good understanding of Housing Law
