Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Homeowner Services Officer to join our team in Central London. This is a full time permanent role.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver an excellent customer-focused service to homeowners, in accordance with the terms of contracts and performance standards agreed by Guinness
  • Provide a customer-focused, high-quality, legally compliant lease management service to a portfolio of leasehold, shared ownership and freehold customers
  • Manage key processes casework, including but not limited to Section 20, lease enforcement, Fire Risk assessment actions and alteration requests
  • Coordinate actions cross-functionally as required and in line with agreed policies and procedures
  • Provide subject-matter expertise across the organisation, including interpretation of leases, rights, responsibilities, service charge provisions (including recoverability and any VFM risks), and support cross-functional working

Requirements:

  • Proven customer service experience delivering positive outcomes for customers and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Proven ability to manage a varied workload, meeting performance targets
  • Ability to develop processes and systems according to changing needs
  • Good attention to detail, and application of critical thinking to identify and resolve risks
  • Excellent organisational and team working skills - ability to prioritise tasks and handle changing priorities
  • Excellent oral and written communications

Nice to have:

  • Proven experience of managing residential leasehold and shared ownership homes
