Job Responsibility:

  • Showing up consistently for people who need it most
  • Supporting individuals through homelessness and addiction recovery
  • Helping navigate services: housing, benefits, healthcare
  • De-escalating difficult situations with confidence and empathy
  • Encouraging small wins that lead to big changes
  • Keeping clear records to track progress and protect clients

Requirements:

  • Experience in homelessness, substance misuse, or complex needs
  • A Health & Social Care qualification
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed support
