You’ll support people who have experienced homelessness to rebuild confidence, learn life skills and move towards independent living — all within a supportive, values-led team that genuinely cares.
Job Responsibility:
Support residents in daily living, wellbeing and routines
Build trusted relationships
Encourage training, volunteering and employment
Keep clear digital records
Work a rota including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins
Sleep-ins are part of this role: Once a week you’ll work an afternoon shift, stay overnight, open the project at 8am and finish around 12–1pm
Requirements:
Empathetic
Reliable
Self-motivated
Comfortable using IT systems
Experience in housing, youth or social care is great but the right values and attitude matter most
Must be able to drive
Enhanced DBS required
