Job Description:

You’ll support people who have experienced homelessness to rebuild confidence, learn life skills and move towards independent living — all within a supportive, values-led team that genuinely cares.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support residents in daily living, wellbeing and routines
  • Build trusted relationships
  • Encourage training, volunteering and employment
  • Keep clear digital records
  • Work a rota including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins
  • Sleep-ins are part of this role: Once a week you’ll work an afternoon shift, stay overnight, open the project at 8am and finish around 12–1pm

Requirements:

  • Empathetic
  • Reliable
  • Self-motivated
  • Comfortable using IT systems
  • Experience in housing, youth or social care is great but the right values and attitude matter most
  • Must be able to drive
  • Enhanced DBS required
