Job Description

As a Homeless Support Officer (Project Worker), you’ll support young people on their journey toward independence in a hands-on, relationship-focused role. You will: Provide practical and emotional support, helping residents develop essential life skills; Encourage wellbeing, inclusion, and engagement with the wider community; Support individuals with complex needs, including mental health and housing challenges; Build positive, professional relationships while maintaining clear boundaries; Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using internal systems. This is a frontline role where your support can have a lasting impact on someone’s future.
