Job Description:

Internal Opportunity: Homeless Support Worker – Hurst Newton, Wrexham (Maternity Cover). Hurst Newton supports young people aged 16–25 who are experiencing homelessness, helping them develop independence, life skills, and confidence in a safe and supportive environment. This is a chance for you to step into a frontline, life-changing role while contributing to ClwydAlyn’s mission to make a real difference in our communities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide practical and emotional support to residents, helping them build skills for independent living
  • Encourage wellbeing, inclusion, and community engagement
  • Support young people with complex needs, including mental health or housing challenges, in a compassionate and professional way
  • Maintain accurate records using our internal systems
