Job Description:

This is a role where your work truly matters. You’ll support people who have experienced homelessness to rebuild confidence, learn life skills and move towards independent living — all within a supportive, values-led team that genuinely cares.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support residents in daily living, wellbeing and routines
  • build trusted relationships
  • encourage training, volunteering and employment
  • keep clear digital records
  • work a rota including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins
  • sleep-ins are part of this role: once a week you’ll work an afternoon shift, stay overnight, open the project at 8am and finish around 12–1pm

Requirements:

  • Empathetic
  • reliable
  • self-motivated
  • comfortable using IT systems
  • experience in housing, youth or social care is great but the right values and attitude matter most
  • must be able to drive
  • enhanced DBS required
