Job Description:

This isn't just a job-it's a chance to change lives. We're looking for a dedicated, compassionate individual to support people facing homelessness and addiction in the heart of Leeds. You'll be working directly with individuals at some of the most challenging points in their lives, helping them rebuild, recover, and regain independence.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting individuals on a one-to-one basis
  • Creating tailored support and recovery plans
  • Helping people access housing and essential services
  • Providing emotional support and practical guidance
  • Responding to crises and safeguarding concerns
  • Keeping accurate, up-to-date case records
  • Working alongside partner agencies and services

Requirements:

  • Experience working with vulnerable adults (homelessness, addiction, or similar)
  • Understanding of substance misuse, mental health, and complex needs
  • Strong communication and resilience
  • Calm, non-judgemental approach

Nice to have:

  • Qualification in Health & Social Care (or similar)
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care
  • UK driving licence
