Job Description:

Join our multi-award winning team and become part of our family run business which very much has our carers at the heart. We are recruiting for caring and compassionate Homecare Assistants. You will be supporting people in and around Ripley. Whether you are an experienced carer or looking for a career change, all we require is a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Job Responsibility:

Providing care and support to individuals living in their own home to a high standard
Assisting clients with bathing, grooming, and getting dressed
Handling household tasks like grocery shopping and laundry
Preparing and serving meals at the appropriate times
Administering and organising medication
Collaborating with other health care and social care professionals to provide the best possible care
Completing visit notes that are detailed, accurate and true

Requirements:

Full UK driving licence and access to your own car or a UK Driving Licence and access to a Motorbike or Moped
Full availability on each shift pattern they choose
To work every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday)
To practice empathy within the workplace
Team player with good listening skills
Positive attitude towards work and colleagues
Leading through doing and setting good examples out in the community and to each other
