Are you a pricing expert, looking to develop your career within the Home products space? Then read on! Star Actuarial is currently partnering with a leading global insurer in the search for a Home Pricing Manager who will help shape the future of the function by integrating models into customer rating while accurately managing the insurance risk of the written business. Defining and delivering pricing analysis projects to improve underwriting performance, you will also support targets through competitive product/price positioning. Additionally, you will provide input into product development, primarily by identifying innovative underwriting segmentation improvements to support volume growth and profitability ambitions. With solid pricing portfolio expertise and unafraid of providing challenge as well as innovation, the successful candidate will possess previous exposure to the use of Radar, Databricks and Machine Learning models. Prior experience (or strong awareness) of Pricing Optimisation techniques would be desirable. Candidates from other backgrounds (such as Motor) will be considered. A fantastic career opportunity.
