Job Responsibility:
Ensure preparation work is executed with quality and respect of PC&C schedule, budget, and contract during EPC/FEED Project in the Paris Office Center
Report any technical findings or potential safety issues to the hierarchical manager
Coordinate with different engineering disciplines involved in project design to ensure PC&C requirements are incorporated in detailed design
Write up and update procedures, method statements, and technical studies, incorporating Project and Client comments as necessary
Elaborate Precommissioning and Commissioning sequences to align with project requirements (Utilities Tie-ins, line cleaning interfaces, blowing, functional prerequisites, etc.)
Follow Completion & Handover strategy

Prepare technical studies and estimations for key PC&C activities such as steam blowing, cooling water commissioning, refractory dry out, fuel gas in, and chemical cleaning
Prepare/review scope of work for Precommissioning and Commissioning subcontractors and review offers
Liaise with company representatives, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure good cohesion and efficient communication between project teams
Highlight any potential work process improvements or relevant lessons learned to enhance work quality
Benchmark specialized activities and elaborate estimation tools based on scope of works, key quantities, and benchmarks
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Engineering
Minimum of 3 years in pre-commissioning and commissioning with a process engineering background
Strong background in process engineering with a focus on pre-commissioning and commissioning
Knowledge of MS Office, PDF or Bluebeam, 3D model tools
Fluent in English with excellent interpersonal skills
Practical-minded with strong organizational and leadership abilities
Previous experience in the Onshore or Offshore Oil & Gas Industry in a similar or relevant position
Preliminary site experiences and knowledge to understand risks and opportunities related to site activities and brownfield constraints
Nice to have:
Optional knowledge of completion tools (Icaps, Easyplant) and/or process simulation tools (Hysys, Flarenet)
