Compass Associates are working with a valued client who are seeking an experienced and dedicated Home Manager to lead an Elderly Care Home in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established care provider and take responsibility for a medium to large nursing and dementia care service. As Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and success of the home, ensuring residents receive the highest standards of person-centred care in a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment.
