Job Description

Compass Associates are working with an established elderly care provider seeking an experienced Home Manager to lead a 60+ bedded residential and dementia service in Leicestershire. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and people-focused leader to take ownership of a stable service, maintain high standards, and further develop the culture and performance of the home. Offering a salary of £60,000 – £65,000 plus a 25% bonus.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and operationally manage a residential and dementia care home
  • Maintain high standards of care, compliance, and governance
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the staff team
  • Build positive relationships with residents, relatives, and external professionals
  • Drive occupancy, culture, and overall home performance
  • Ensure a visible management presence within the home
  • Deliver a warm, welcoming, and person-centred environment

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance
  • Experience managing residential and/or dementia services
  • Confident leadership style with strong communication skills
  • Passionate about quality care and team development
  • Looking for a long-term opportunity within a stable provider
  • Proven experience as a Home Manager within elderly care
