This role would suit a Home Manager who is passionate about complex dementia care and has experience running a specialist nursing service. You will be required to focus on delivering high-quality, person-centered dementia care, supporting and developing a skilled staff team, and ensuring the operational and financial performance of the home continues to thrive. The successful candidate must have experience as a Home Manager in a complex dementia or nursing home setting, with a proven ability to lead and maintain high standards of care. Candidates do not need to be nurse qualified but must have experience managing a complex care service. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a multidisciplinary team, ensure outstanding dementia care is delivered consistently, and strengthen the overall quality and stability of the service. A confident, proactive approach and a commitment to making a meaningful difference to residents' lives is essential. The company is looking for the very best talent in the sector - professionals who are driven, compassionate, and determined to lead a home where high standards of dementia care are consistently achieved. The home is based near Gravesend, Kent, and is conveniently commutable from: Dartford, Rochester, Northfleet, Strood, Bexley, Sevenoaks, Swanley, Greenhithe, Sidcup, and Orpington. My client is seeking an experienced Home Manager with a strong background in complex dementia nursing care to provide leadership, stability, and drive high-quality care. In return, they are offering a competitive salary of £85,000 - £95,000 + bonus, alongside an attractive benefits package.
