Proven experience as a Home Manager within elderly nursing and dementia care
Strong commercial acumen, including occupancy growth and budget management
Experience reducing agency usage and building stable staffing structures
A thorough understanding of CQC standards and inspection frameworks
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with families and professionals
Strong understanding of CQC standards and regulatory compliance
Demonstrable commercial experience within the private-pay market
Proven leadership and team development capability
Minimum of three years’ experience leading elderly nursing services
