Job Responsibility

Lead and operationally manage a residential and dementia care home
Maintain high standards of care, compliance, and governance
Lead, motivate, and develop the staff team

Requirements

A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Home Manager within elderly care
Strong background in residential and/or nursing care settings
Proven experience managing high-performing services
SVQ Level 4 (or equivalent)
NMC Pin desirable but not essential
Strong understanding of CI/CQC compliance, inspections, and governance
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and driving performance
