Job Description:

Compass Associates are proud to be working with a valued client in their recruitment for an experienced Registered Manager for one of their care homes in Sowton, Devon area. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established care provider with strong central support functions and take the lead at a well-positioned home with capable leadership already in place. This role would suit a Registered Manager who is commercially driven and ready to hit the ground running.

Job Responsibility:

  • Focus on driving occupancy growth
  • Leading and developing an established staff team
  • Ensuring continued strong performance of the home in line with CQC regulations.

Requirements:

  • Current or recent experience as a Registered Manager, having held a CQC registration for a meaningful period
  • Experience running a service of similar size and complexity, ideally with mixed nursing, residential and dementia provision
  • Knowledgeable on CQC criteria with a history of compliant inspection reports
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven experience growing occupancy and driving performance.
