Compass Associates are working in partnership with a well-established care provider to recruit an experienced Home Manager for a large nursing and dementia care home. This is a key leadership role, offering full operational responsibility within a well-presented home in a beautiful environment. The home is currently stable with a Good CQC rating but presents a exciting opportunity for a commercially focused leader to drive improvement. The successful candidate will be tasked with enhancing quality, increasing occupancy, and embedding long-term operational and cultural improvements. This role requires a confident and transformational leader who can take ownership of both the clinical and commercial performance of the home, while fostering a positive, high-performing team culture. You will be supported by an established senior leadership structure, with the autonomy to lead change and deliver results at service level.
