Requirements

  • A minimum of five years experienced as a Home Manager
  • Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management or equivalent
  • Knowledgeable on CQC criteria and a history of compliant reports
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to drive commercial success, including occupancy growth
