Current or recent experience as a Registered Manager, having held a CQC registration for a meaningful period
Experience running a service of similar size and complexity, ideally with mixed nursing, residential and dementia provision
Knowledgeable on CQC criteria with a history of compliant inspection reports
Strong commercial acumen with proven experience growing occupancy and driving performance.
