Job Description

We are working in partnership with a well-established and highly reputable care provider to recruit a Home Manager for a flagship, private-pay care home in Edinburgh. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing these standards, building on an already successful and stable platform. • Driving continuous improvement across care delivery and operations
  • Supporting and developing Deputy and Clinical leadership

  • Building strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
  • Championing a positive, open, and person-centred culture
