Job Description:

Compass Associates are proud to be working with a growing boutique luxury care provider in the recruitment of an experienced Home Manager for their large residential and dementia care home in Broadstairs. This is an excellent opportunity to take over the management of a well-established, high-performing home with strong foundations. The client is seeking an experienced Home Manager with a proven track record of managing successful luxury care homes. In exchange, they are offering a competitive salary of c.£90,000 per annum + bonus + excellent benefits package.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Home Manager in a luxury or high-quality care home

  • A self-starter who thrives with autonomy and quick decision-making
