Job Description

Registered Home Manager | Elderly Residential Care. Job Responsibility

Provide strong leadership and day-to-day operational management of the home
Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory standards
Embed consistency across care delivery, staffing, and governance
Lead and support the staff team
Work collaboratively with external stakeholders and commissioners
Drive quality improvement while maintaining occupancy and financial performance

Requirements

Experience as a Registered Home Manager within elderly residential care
A good understanding of regulatory and inspection requirements
Comfortable managing smaller homes, including those in rural or semi-rural locations

Nice to have

Nurse qualification
Someone who enjoys creating stability and supporting services to continue developing positively
A calm, approachable, and visible leadership style, with a focus on supporting and developing others
