The home is now looking for a confident and people-focused leader to, stabilise operations, and create a positive, high-performing culture. The successful candidate will take full operational responsibility for the home, with a particular focus on team engagement, reducing agency usage through effective rota management, and embedding consistent leadership presence on the floor. You will be supported by an established clinical structure, including a strong Deputy Manager, and benefit from the wider backing of a leading national provider.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Home Manager within elderly nursing care
Strong understanding of CQC standards and regulatory compliance
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and stabilise teams
Hands-on leadership style with a strong on-the-floor presence
Experience managing staffing levels and reducing agency reliance
Demonstrable career stability
Nice to have:
Nurse qualification (RGN or RMN)
Experience in improving team culture
Background in trouble shooting & turnaround
