Home Manager | Dementia Specialist Care Home. Colchester. £70,000 - £75,000 per annum + Bonus. Are you a Home Manager who enjoys working in complex dementia services where quality really matters? Do you prefer building on a solid, well-run home rather than walking into a crisis? Are you commercially aware and confident driving occupancy while maintaining high standards of care? If so, this could be a really interesting opportunity. We’re working with an established care provider looking for a Home Manager to lead a medium sized dementia service in Essex. The home supports residents with high-acuity needs and has recently had significant investment so the environment is modern, well-presented, and set up to deliver high-quality care. From an operational point of view, the home is in a good place. Occupancy is sitting at around 90%, staffing is stable with very little agency use, and internal audits are strong across the board. This isn’t a turnaround role. It’s about taking a service that’s fundamentally working well and pushing it forward - tightening up performance, growing occupancy, and continuing to develop the team. The provider themselves are well-regarded, invest properly in their homes, and give their managers a good level of autonomy while still offering support when needed.
