This is a large, well-invested service operating in the true luxury/premium space with an established reputation for outstanding care and an exceptionally high proportion of self-funded residents. The home benefits from strong regional support, stable foundations and a capable middle-management team. The incoming manager will inherit a financially secure service.

Requirements:

  • Current or very recent Home Manager experience with a demonstrable track record of success
  • Proven background in premium/luxury homes with significant self-funded occupancy
  • Confident leader with excellent communication skills and genuine passion for high-end care
  • Strong compliance understanding and history of achieving Good or Outstanding regulatory outcomes
  • Commercially sharp with experience of managing large services and driving occupancy/reputation
